These Terms of Service govern your use of Refigh, a brand owned and operated by CyberHelix Solutions Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or applying to a gathering, you agree to these Terms.

Membership & gatherings

Refigh, operated by CyberHelix Solutions Inc., is a members' community that hosts social gatherings. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information. Applications may be approved or declined at Refigh's discretion. You may withdraw an application free of charge before it is approved. Once approved and paid, seats are final and non-refundable. Ticket prices cover participation only; any separate voucher has the name and value shown when you apply, is redeemable only at the assigned restaurant for that gathering, and is forfeited on no-show.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CyberHelix Solutions Inc., the operating company behind the Refigh brand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

SMS Terms

Program name: Refigh Gathering Notifications (SMS and WhatsApp), operated by CyberHelix Solutions Inc. under the Refigh brand. If you opt in, Refigh sends approval and decline notifications about gatherings you applied to. Message frequency varies, usually 1–2 messages per application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email dadgostar15@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not required to join Refigh.
