This Privacy Policy applies to Refigh, a brand owned and operated by CyberHelix Solutions Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

What we collect

Name, email, age, gender, country, city, postal code, phone number, questionnaire answers and gathering applications. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To run your membership, review applications, plan gatherings near you, and send emails and — only if you opt in — SMS or WhatsApp notifications about your applications.

Phone numbers & messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Refigh, operated by CyberHelix Solutions Inc., shares your number only with its messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver messages you requested. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your choices

You can update or turn off notifications in My Profile, or request deletion of your data by emailing dadgostar15@gmail.com.
